Starting with conversations with leadership teams, trustees and key stakeholders to understand your context, challenges and ambitions.

This helps identify where support will have the greatest impact — whether that’s finances, services, leadership or structure.

Strategic focus and delivery

Working with you to bring clarity and momentum to the areas that matter most.

This might include:

  • Leading key pieces of organisational work
  • Strengthening strategy and business planning
  • Resetting budgets or financial direction
  • Developing income plans
  • Supporting leadership teams or boards

Insight and long-term resilience

Ensuring you’re left stronger, clearer and more confident in your direction.

  • A clear and workable strategy
  • Stronger leadership and governance

Fees

Fees are based on a day rate or agreed project scope, depending on the work. Typical day rate: £650 (reduced rates available for early partnerships)
